Short version: this site does not run visitor analytics, session recording or company-identification scripts. We do not sell visitor data.

Who we are

modais is an Australian business. We build AI systems for Australian service businesses. You can reach us at matt@modais.xyz.

What runs on this site

• The ROI calculator. It runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you put in are never sent to us.
• The industry-events map. It loads map software and map tiles from MapLibre/OpenFreeMap when that page is opened. Those services receive ordinary request information such as your IP address.

What we do with it

We use information you deliberately send us, such as an email or booking, to respond to that request and manage the relationship.

We do not sell this data or build advertising audiences from it.

If you would rather we did not

• You can block third-party map requests; the rest of the site remains usable without the interactive map.
• Email us and we will exclude your business by name. It takes about a minute and we will not ask why.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
